1. Turning vague ideas into clear problems

Most people start with: “Can we use AI for this?” That's already the wrong question. The better version is: “What decision are we trying to improve, and what does success look like?”

That one change turns AI from a toy into a tool.

2. Building workflows, not prompts

Prompting is step 1. Workflow design is where the real value is.

A good AI system is not:

user → prompt → answer
